Your Home Buying Journey
At Sonoma Homes, we treat every homeowner like family. From start to finish, we’re here to make your home buying experience smooth, enjoyable, and personal. Our knowledgeable sales team is always ready to guide you, ensuring your new home fits your lifestyle.

The Process:

Purchase – Place your deposit, sign the agreement, and enjoy a 10-day lawyer review.

Design Selections – Meet with our Design Consultant to choose your finishes and upgrades.

Build – Once selections are confirmed, your home begins construction.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) – Walk through your home with our team to review finishes, note any items for follow-up, and learn about your home’s maintenance and warranty.

Closing Day – We’ll contact you once your home officially closes. Please wait for our call before arranging movers or deliveries, as closing times can vary.
