Our Design Consultant will email you shortly after you have purchased your home to schedule a Design and Selections Appointment. We have a wide variety of finishes and materials available to suit any budget and lifestyle. The appointments take place Monday to Friday from 9am until 3pm and can take up to 2 hours or longer.

Within a short period of time after your appointment, Sonoma Homes will email you the details, pricing and list of what you have selected. At this time, you will decide whether you would like to proceed with your standard and upgrade selections. If so, then you will sign off on your selections and upgrade pricing (if any) and your selections will be ordered. This is an exciting time because finalizing your features and finishes brings you closer to your dream home!
